Salary and Benefits
* 35-50k basic salary depending on experience and job‑running experience
* Monthly engineer bonus based on personal performance (extra £4,400 per year)
* Overtime opportunities and call‑out rota
* Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools
* Company sick pay
* 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays – increases with length of service
Responsibilities
* Provide installation on commercial air conditioning
* Work on air conditioning splits, multi‑splits, VRV, VRF equipment, DX and associated pipework and ducting
* Cover London and the M25 area
* Deal with well‑known clients and established HVAC contractors, FM companies on new‑build sites
Qualifications
* Proven track record in air conditioning installation on splits, VRV, VRF
* Residence within or able to reach London or the M25 area
* Relevant industry qualifications – F Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning
* Preferred: CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certificates
