The role will be based within the school’s specialist SEN unit, providing tailored support to children in the Early Years with a range of needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN in the Early Years unit. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities. Support the development of children’s communication, social, and emotional skills. Implement strategies and interventions to meet individual learning needs. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN (Early Years experience desirable).
