Job Summary:
The Senior Expert Transportation Management role is a key and influencing role within the NTT Data Digital Core Practice. The successful candidate will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet customer needs. As a Senior Expert, you will support customer engagements and perform delivery of the Transportation Management solutions working alongside Transportation Management Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Support the Transportation Management Solution Architect in translating business requirements into solutions that leverage Transportation Management capabilities.
2. Provide thought leadership focused on Supply Chain strategy, specifically in Transportation Management solutions.
3. Act as the design authority on projects ensuring quality and integrity of implementations aligned to industry best practices.
4. Engage in self-directed learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments.
5. Recognise potential for repeat and extended business opportunities.
6. Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise for the following:
o Freight Unit Building and Order/Booking Management
o Manual and Optimizer Based Planning
o Cockpit layout management
o Tendering and Supplier assignment
o Charge Calculation and Settlement
7. Experience and knowledge of Embedded and standalone deployment options.
8. Experience and knowledge of Shipper and Third Party Logistics Provider scenarios.
9. Experience with pallet and load building, Event Management, PPF, and Integration to EWM is advantageous.

Personal Profile/Experience:
1. More than 6 years of professional experience in SAP/Transportation Management consulting.
2. Experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery of more than 5 full project lifecycles.
