A little more about the role
As a key team player, you will:
9. Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities
10. Be the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queries
11. Deal with customer service issues promptly and sympathetically
12. Manage all supplier deliveries and returns
13. Accurately process balance payments
14. Act on any delivery incident reports
15. Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
