We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice in Stourbridge who are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join them on a part-time, self-employed basis. They’re very flexible on working days and hours, so this role would suit someone looking for a role that can work around other commitments. What they’re looking for: * Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential * Strong bookkeeping skills and confident working independently * Payroll experience (running end-to-end payroll) * Proficiency with Sage * Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts * Someone reliable, organised, and happy to communicate directly with clients when needed The role will include: * Day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients * Processing invoices, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and general ledger work * Preparing and submitting payroll * Supporting the practice with general accounting admin where required Benefits: * Fully flexible part-time hours * Supportive and approachable team * Opportunity to work on a self-employed basis with long-term stability
