Responsibilities
1. Independently investigate and repair external water supplies
2. Logically establish ownership and liability based on leak location
3. Confidently communicate with customers, providing clear explanations and reassurance
4. Liaise proactively with the Field Operations Team
5. Work collaboratively with other engineers where required
Required / Preferred Experience
6. Leak detection (e.g. listening stick, ground microphone)
7. Trenchless installation via moling (desirable, not essential)
8. Service laying (20mm-32mm)
9. New point of entry creation
10. Use of CAT scanners to identify buried services
11. Reinstatement of surfaces (paving slabs, block paving, tarmac, concrete, etc.)

Salary & Package
12. Starting Salary: £32, - £36, (DOE)
13. Annual Bonus: £2, - £2,

15. Total Package Value: £36, - £40, (excluding overtime)
Overtime
16. Optional weekend overtime at 1.5x rate
17. Example: 10 shifts could increase earnings to £38, - £42,
Working Hours
18. 40hours per week, Monday to Friday
19. No on-call requirements
20. Door-to-door pay (including travel time)
21. Travel directly from home to site
