English Teacher + TLR Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3KS4
* Take a lead on curriculum, pedagogy or assessment strategy
* Mentor colleagues or contribute to ECT development
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Person Specification:
* UK QTS and English or Humanities-related degree
* 3+ years teaching experience preferred
* Track record of strong pupil progress and engagement
* Experience or interest in mentoring others
