We are looking for a Kitchen Team member for Mad Squirrel St Albans.
You will play a big part in our kitchen, ensuring that it is organised, efficient and serves our food offerings to the very highest standard.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
* Involved in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
* Organise stock and perform stock rotations.
* Ensure that all hygiene and cleaning standards are met efficiently and recorded appropriately.
* Food ordering and organising efficient food preparation practices.
* Keeping up-to-date with kitchen paperwork.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* At least 12 months experience within the food/catering industry.
* Ability to cook to an excellent standard and create with a high level of confidence.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
