Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Nordic region to join our growing team.The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales and business development within the LED driver or lighting industry. This role is crucial for driving our sales strategy, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Nordic region.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and end-users.
* Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives.
* Provide technical support and product training to customers and partners.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts to senior management.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its products.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the LED or lighting industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of LED driver technology and its applications.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel within the region as required.
