We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Project Manager – IT, to be involved in the delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation projects within our IT function.
Job Purpose
* Lead medium-scale IT projects across enterprise systems
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria
* Manage project plans, resources, budgets, and risks
* Ensure compliance with governance standards and reporting requirements

Key Selection Criteria
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related field
* Professional certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent)
* Experience managing IT project delivery across systems, software, or infrastructure
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and delivery assurance
* High ethical standards and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Pay and Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £48,000 - £62,500 DOE plus:
* Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
* Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
* Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions
* Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days
* Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
* Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
* £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
