Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead – Complex Care & Case Management to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse who is looking to move beyond traditional nursing roles and play a key part in shaping, developing, and leading high-quality complex care and case management services. Working closely with the Director, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Operations Director, you will support clinical governance, quality assurance, service development, and the delivery of outstanding care and support to our clients and families.
