Quality Control Manager, Kent
Monday: Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (39 hours per week)
Commutable from: Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham
GBP 40,000 – GBP 45,000 DOE

Role and Responsibilities
* Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
* Manage and support the development of the QC team
* Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools
* Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role
* Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
* Strong communicator and decision maker
* Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills
Desirable
* Internal auditing experience
* Plastics experience
