About You
You don’t need formal qualifications – just empathy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. If you bring the right values, we’ll provide all the training and support you need. Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
You Must Have
* A full, valid UK driving licence
* Access to your own car with business insurance
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different – but your core focus will be helping people live fulfilling, independent lives. That could include:
* Encouraging independence and supporting with daily routines
* Assisting with personal care, meals, and medication
* Helping with household tasks and joining in everyday activities
* Providing companionship, laughter, and emotional support
* You’ll be helping people not just live, but thrive.

* Paid Travel time - £12.21 per hour
