About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared work to classes, managing behaviour in line with school policies, and ensuring students remain focused and supported throughout the lesson.
