At KFH we are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Residential Sales team. Who are we? As an Assistant Sales Manager you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, manage sales progression, arrange valuations, convert instructions, and lead from the front with cross-selling services across the group. You will act as a role model to the team, demonstrating performance and commitment that inspires others. Supporting with training and development of new or less experienced team members and ensure all business activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and compliance requirements. What can you bring to the role? Proven track record of high performance as a sales negotiator, ideally in a London-based estate agency. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience advising clients face-to-face, via email, and by phone. Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations, including the TPO Code of Practice. Ability to coach and train team members effectively. KFH is an equal opportunity employer.
