You will…
* Launch & scale a customer-generated-video program.
* Source, negotiate, and co-produce content with RevOps / SDR / Sales influencers.
* Run dark-post video ads, measure CPL, and iterate creative in 15k views or case study with CPL targets hit.
✓ Hands-on mastery of basic video-making tools, CapCut/Descript. Required: Hands-on mastery of basic video-making tools, CapCut/Descript.
✓ Fluency in demand-gen math (CPL, CAC, attribution) and comfort in HubSpot.
✓ Rolodex of B2B creators OR proven track record pitching new ones.
Nice to have: basic motion graphics, experience running community Slack or Discord, passion for sales-tech space.
