Teaching and Learning Responsibilities:
* Support the school's vision, ethos, and policies to ensure effective teaching, successful learning, and high achievement and self-esteem for all pupils, regardless of background, ethnicity, gender, or disability;
* Plan, deliver, assess, record, and report in line with school policies and schemes of work;
* Raise standards of individual pupil achievement and maintain at least good attainment through high-quality teaching;
* Set high standards for pupils' work in content and presentation, including displays;
* Maintain EYFS resources and learning environments;
* Use pupil data effectively to set targets and allocate resources to meet students' needs;
* Cater to the diverse needs of children, including those with SEN and English language learners;
* Maintain good order and discipline and ensure pupil welfare and safety;
* Organize classroom environments that promote autonomous and cooperative learning;
* Support the school's extracurricular activities;
* Build professional relationships with colleagues, governors, parents, and pupils;
* Promote and safeguard children's welfare;
* Collaborate with external specialists as needed;
* Lead and organize support staff within the classroom;
* Perform other teaching duties as directed by the Headteacher.
