Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
3. Purchase ledger for various companies within the Group as required.
4. Monthly and Mid-month payment runs.
5. Assist with Sales ledger invoices for specified companies within the Group
6. Payment on Account reconciliations
7. Bank reconciliations for specified companies within the Group.
8. Assist with audit requirements as directed.
9. Intercompany recharge invoices throughout the Group
10. Credit Control
11. Provide assistance to management accounts as required.
12. Any other duties as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
13. Have a proven track record in a similar role
14. Have a stable work history
15. Be able to work to tight deadlines
16. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
17. Be proficient in MS Office, including Excel
