We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and optimise operations across multiple sites in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in senior operations management and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Salary : £90,000 per annum + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage operational strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery across all care homes
* Oversee the implementation of high standards in care and hospitality to maintain the luxury brand reputation
* Drive business growth by optimising the self-pay market strategies and enhancing customer experiences
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, focusing on continuous improvement in quality assurance
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with the company's strategic goals
* Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium service standards
* Foster a culture of excellence and innovation among staff, promoting professional development and engagement
