The Role
You will be responsible for the machining, repair, and refurbishment of high-quality components used in critical applications. The role is varied and requires accuracy, technical knowledge, and adaptability.
* Operating manual and CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, vertical borers, and slotting machines.
* Machining components such as shafts, impellers, casings, and housings.
* Working to engineering drawings and precise tolerances.
* Balancing impellers and repairing worn components.
* Supporting workshop fitting and occasional site-based activities.
* Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient workshop practices.

* Great working hours: Mon-Thurs 07:45 – 16:00; Fri 07:45 – 15:15
