As a Teacher of IT & Business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4. * Plan and teach well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and subject knowledge.
* Use a range of strategies and E-Learning tools to meet diverse learner needs and raise pupil attainment.
* Maintain a secure understanding of the IT & Business curriculum and its contribution to cross-curricular learning.
* Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment, managing behavior constructively in line with school policies.
* Support the social, emotional, and behavioral skills of students, acting as a role model and contributing to the wider school ethos., We will communicate regularly and with clarity with our stakeholders and with each other, welcoming and reflecting on constructive feedback from others
