Social Network & CRM and Social Media Manager
Location: Central London-based office, with options for home-based or hybrid work.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus great bonus and benefits.
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the company's email programme and social media activity. This is a standalone position reporting to the Head of Marketing. The role involves defining and developing the organic social media content strategy and KPI reporting.
Requirements:
* Proven CRM and social media management experience within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury travel company or a senior executive seeking to step up.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
