Ensure goods In and goods out are recorded correctly and that stock levels are correctly maintain. Assist with engineer’s stock movements. Ensure MRP are accurate and stock is regularly ordered if needed Assist with a view to being responsible for, regular stock checks including main stock and stock held by engineers.1-2 per year Be responsible for the loan database, organize loans for customers and their return. Cover other admin responsibilities when required – this may include Processing Customer Quotes, Posting vendor invoices, Booking in goods requiring repair, invoicing customers for repairs and returning customer instruments Attributes: · Excellent organisational and time-management skills · Works with precision, good attention to detail · Strong written communication · Can-do attitude, self motivated · Intermediate user of Excel · Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload Job Title: Sales and Stock Administrator Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 Benefits: 25 days holiday, private healthcare, 5% pension Duration: Permanent Location: Luton Hours: Mon-Fri - or 9.00am - 5.00pm - office based but flexible hours
