Little Beans Garland are looking to employ a passionate and motivated individual to become part of our friendly team as a Qualified Room Leader and 2nd Deputy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a real interest in children's learning and development. The role entails assisting the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery and to support the Deputy in running the nursery in the absence of the Manager. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements. As a Room Leader, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals. Experience of being a room leader is essential and 2nd deputy in charge is desirable. It is essential they have a level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
