The Assistant Technical Coordinator Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join a growing, design-led residential developer based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their technical career within a supportive and high-performing technical team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical and Engineering Managers, assisting in the coordination of design information and ensuring smooth delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This role offers excellent scope for development and long-term progression within a company that prides itself on quality, attention to detail and delivering well-considered homes.
You'll play a key role in ensuring technical design information is accurate, commercially viable and aligned with project requirements at every stage.
To be considered for the Assistant Technical Coordinator position:
1. Experience in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar technical discipline
2. Background in residential housing projects
3. Understanding of regulatory approvals and section agreements (e.g. S38, S104)
4. Competent in reading technical drawings and coordinating design details
5. Strong organisation and communication skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or Revit experience is beneficial
7. Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
8. Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture preferred
