Job Title: Area Maintenance Manager & National Hospitality Lead (Retail FM) Location: Northern Ireland (regular travel across NI, ROI & the UK) Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Salary: £45k – £50k (DOE) £5,700 Car Allowance Annual Bonus A Unique Opportunity to Lead, Influence & Deliver Nationwide Ready to take your FM career up a gear? We have a unique role that combines regional responsibility for Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland and national leadership of our Hospitality function across the UK. You’ll be the trusted face of City in NI & ROI — working hand-in-hand with our partners in NI, ROI to keep our retail estate running like clockwork — while driving best-in-class hospitality support for every store café and food area we maintain across the whole UK. Be our face on the ground - Regular travel across NI, ROI, and the UK — visiting sites, building relationships, solving problems first-hand. Champion our customer promise - From maintenance to hospitality equipment, you’ll make sure stores and cafés deliver the experience customers expect. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a team of 3rd-party subcontractors for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance in NI & ROI. Acting as the primary point of contact for these 3rd Party partner, store managers, and City in your region. Leading the Hospitality Services element across the whole UK retail estate — from maintaining equipment to improving service standards. Chairing meetings with suppliers and partners to tackle issues and agree solutions. Analysing data, trends, and budgets — turning insight into clear actions. Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and service-level standards. Travelling regularly — you’ll be on the move, building relationships and driving standards. Who We’re Looking For A confident communicator and relationship-builder — you’re credible with senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike. A problem-solver who thrives on ownership — if there’s an issue, you don’t just flag it, you fix it. Data-savvy — you can analyse, interpret, and present information to make decisions and drive improvement. Experienced in Retail FM, Hospitality Maintenance, or a similar multi-site environment. Willing to travel regularly and stay visible to our partners, stores, and suppliers across the UK. Why Join Us?
