You’ll be the trusted face of City in NI & ROI — working hand-in-hand with our partners in NI, ROI to keep our retail estate running like clockwork — while driving best-in-class hospitality support for every store café and food area we maintain across the whole UK. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a team of 3rd-party subcontractors for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance in NI & ROI. Acting as the primary point of contact for these 3rd Party partner, store managers, and City in your region. Leading the Hospitality Services element across the whole UK retail estate — from maintaining equipment to improving service standards. Chairing meetings with suppliers and partners to tackle issues and agree solutions. Analysing data, trends, and budgets — turning insight into clear actions. Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and service-level standards. Travelling regularly — you’ll be on the move, building relationships and driving standards. Data-savvy — you can analyse, interpret, and present information to make decisions and drive improvement. Experienced in Retail FM, Hospitality Maintenance, or a similar multi-site environment.
