The Role: As a Hotel Duty Manager, your role will involve: Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards The ideal candidate will have: High personal and professional standards Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests Good practical knowledge of the role and product Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth A passion for delivering service excellence Genuine pride in their work Team spirit and trustworthiness Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera) A warm, polished, and professional demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening Why work with us T RONC electronic tips – Our staff keep 100% of tips earned in venues.
