Creative Production Lead – Fixed Term Contract at Hand Picked Hotels
Overview
Hand Picked Hotels, a family‑owned group of 21 luxury country houses and coastal retreats, seeks a visionary Creative Production Lead to join our Brand & Marketing team on a 4‑6 month contract. You will shape the visual identity of our luxury hospitality brand, overseeing the design and production of elegant, on‑brand creative assets across print and digital platforms.
Location & Working Hours
* Office: Sevenoaks, Kent (with travel to hotel sites)
* Contract: 4‑6 months, 32 hours per week (full‑time equivalent)
Responsibilities
* Deliver end‑to‑end creative execution for national campaigns and hotel‑level initiatives.
* Design and produce elegant collateral for hotel and F&B operations.
* Lead imagery curation and manage our image libraries.
* Collaborate with our digital agency to produce assets for web, email, and paid social.
* Maintain brand consistency through templates, guidelines, and quality control.
* Manage multiple creative workflows, balancing strategic and operational priorities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in creative production or design within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors.
* Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and flawless execution.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Experience managing photography and creative production from concept to delivery.
* Solid grasp of digital formats and social media content design.
* Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Refined eye for aesthetics, brand integrity, and storytelling through design.
