What we are looking for:
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum 2 years experience in a busy restaurant setting – Italian experience is a big plus
* Confident personality who can engage warmly with guests
* Well-presented, to reflect the image of our stylish Italian restaurant
* Cocktail experience is required (don't worry – training will be provided by our in-house mixologist)
