The Brand Communications Assistant provides support to the Brand Communications team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long‑term growth of the business.
Responsibilities
* Act as the central point of contact for the Brand Communications team, serving as the first point of call for other departments and our agency partners.
* Contribute to the creation of national and dealer marketing communication materials including TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, digital, social, POS, and more.
* Support the Brand Communications Manager and Marketing Executive in new model launch campaigns and quarterly sales programmes.
* Lead on performance reporting, gathering results and insights from relevant stakeholders to supply to senior leadership and the wider global organisation.
* Assist with managing large budgets, reconciling against marketing activity.
* Liaise with other marketing teams (Web, CRM, Events, Fleet, Product) and various agencies to ensure consistency of process and outputs.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
* Studying a relevant degree (e.g. Business or Marketing).
* Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Passionate and hard‑working, open to developing knowledge and skills.
* Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* A positive, can‑do attitude.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisation skills.
