£30,000 | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Luxury Residential Development
We are seeking a professional and proactive Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious residential development in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering a five-star experience in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome residents and guests, delivering a professional and courteous front-of-house service
* Manage parcels and keys with accuracy and attention to detail
* Monitor building security, including CCTV and access control
* Liaise with contractors and oversee visitor bookings
* Ensure the smooth running of daily front desk operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a residential concierge or customer service role
* Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and security procedures
* Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
* SIA licence is desirable but not essential
