My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their site in Norfolk. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engineering team members during both day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery operates smoothly and reliably Promote a safety first culture by ensuring adherence to H&S regulations Collaborate closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance Encourage team development through coaching and leadership Document all maintenance equipment and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement Requirements: Experience in engineering leadership role - ideally within manufacturing or food production environment Strong of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within a production setting Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to engineering operations Panama Shift Pattern: Week 1 - 2 days, 2 off, 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Week 2 - 2 off, 2 days, 3 off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Week 3 - 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days...
