As an Electrician, you will be:
Carrying outelectrical installations and upgradeswithin domestic properties
Completingelectrical servicing, inspection and testing
Diagnosing faults and completingelectrical repairs and maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed in line withcurrent IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
Maintaining electrical systems and appliances to ahigh safety and quality standard

NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systemsor equivalent (City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2)
Inspection & Testing qualification(City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations(City & Guilds 2382)
Experience working withindomestic or social housing maintenanceas anElectrician
Afull UK driving licence
The role is offering the following benefits:
Basic salary of £41,000 per year
Performance bonus up to £5,000 per year
Out of hours payments averaging £4,000 per year
