If youre confident in managing workflow, supporting technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your management career.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a busy environment, and wants long-term progression within a respected automotive brand.The RoleAs an Assistant Centre Manager, youll be responsible for:Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations and workload planningSupervising workshop staff and ensuring work is completed to high standardsProviding technical support and guidance to technicians where requiredEnsuring excellent customer service and handling customer queriesManaging job cards, paperwork, and service documentation accuratelyOverseeing health & safety standards and ensuring complianceAssisting with stock control, ordering parts, and maintaining equipmentHelping to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfactionYoull play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient workshop while upholding the companys quality and safety standards.What Were Looking ForYoull need:Proven experience in an automotive workshop environmentPrevious supervisory or senior technician experience preferredStrong technical knowledge and the ability to support workshop staffExcellent organisational and communication skillsA customer-focused approach and positive attitudeLeadership qualities with the ability to motivate a teamA full UK driving licenceLevel 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification preferred (or equivalent)Whats On Offer£29,000
