Person Specification We are looking for someone who: Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent). Has experience working with children aged 0–5. Is passionate about early childhood development and learning through play. Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
