Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money – Tesco Shoreham - Part Time. Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. Hours per week: 37.5. Salary: £14.50ph - £24.128 per annum. Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.
On-site role located within a Tesco retail store as part of Tesco Travel Money, delivering foreign exchange services and customer guidance to thousands of customers daily.
What you will be doing – Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Travel Service Partners ensuring each member delivers the best possible customer experience to every customer who transacts with Tesco Travel Money
* Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high levels of customer service and enable Travel Service Partners to perform to the best of their ability with the best training available
* Focusing and reviewing customer feedback, service levels and the ability of the Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that improve outputs and achieve objectives
* Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
* Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
* Utilising keen attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
* Implementing and driving best legal practice and regulatory standards whilst adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency

Interview process
1. Step 1 – Talent Acquisition Partners or Area Managers review your application and conduct an initial screening call
2. Step 2 – Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a numerical/accuracy test required
3. Step 3 – Visit the bureau to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment
4. Step 4 – If successful, an offer to join Travelex; if unsuccessful, feedback will be provided
5. As part of onboarding, you will clear our reference check standards
