Description
Assistant Accountant responsibilities:
Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
Follow up disputed invoices with budget holders.
Generate payments schedules for authorisation.
Processing supplies invoices.
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Perform company credit card reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
Allocate operating costs.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
