I am recruiting for a Regional Manager to take responsibility of around 6 care homes across the North-East of England. Fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading Executive team who are making incredible and positive change to so many people lives!! These are Elderly homes and we do require candidates who have worked in multi-site roles previously and within the same client group.
Key Responsibilities of a Regional Manager:
Line Manage 6 Home Managers and other members of the team within remit.
Provide support to the group’s managers and nursing and care teams in terms of all aspects of compliance.
Lead on safeguarding regulation management.
To manage the budgets of the homes and ensure the business remains viable and to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality and performance.
Provide defined operational support and management to existing site leadership where additional support may be required.
Regional Manager Requirements:
Previous successful multi-site care home management and supervisory experience.
Experience with successful CQC inspections.
Understanding of Social care regulations and safeguarding.
Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
