A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting an Operations Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible hours available) and paying up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Operations Assistant role will include but are not limited to:
* Admin support and managing emails
* Accounts processing via QuickBooks
* Preparing quotes for clients
* Ordering materials and supplies
* Cleaning and maintaining machine parts
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous admin or operations experience
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Attention to detail and reliability
* Experience within the manufacturing and production industry desirable
