Our Dispensing Opticians are the face of our clinic and often part of our store management team. We offer management training through ILM courses, pre-reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway, guiding you toward leadership roles, including store director. We are dedicated to personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.
What we offer
Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Requirements
You will need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and a strong understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys. Excellent listening and communication skills, a passion for top-quality customer service, and teamwork are essential. If you meet these criteria, we look forward to your application!
