All sales take place through Ruroc’s eCommerce store giving us a direct connection to our customers, that legacy / competitor brands can’t achieve through the ageing distribution/wholesale model. We are building a world-class team of Product, Brand, Marketing, Customer, Operations, Tech, Finance and Talent/HR People.
Reporting to the Head of Content and interfacing closely with our eCommerce and wider Marketing team, we are now looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager with a passion for creating marketing content, to join us on the next step of our growth journey. You will be responsible for maximising the value of existing customers, and winning over new ones, by creating engaging and visually appealing email content whilst consistently looking for ways to improve our email marketing activity across a worldwide database, ensuring that they meet our high brand standards for design and accuracy and are sent out on schedule.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Create engaging and visually appealing email content that maximises the value of existing customers and wins over new ones.
* Manage and consistently look for ways to improve email marketing activity across a worldwide database, ensuring they meet our high brand standards for design and accuracy, are sent on schedule and deliver revenue for the business.
* Manage and devise email automation strategy for both marketing and service functions.
* Manage and maintain the campaign planning schedule alongside the Digital Marketing team.
* Database management including segmentation and targeting.
* Building programmes for prospects, buyers and VIPS
* Identify new segments and opportunities to explore.
* Manage the database growth strategy and execution.
* Campaign and database reporting to senior management teams.
* Manage and identify other outbound marketing communications channels such as push notifications, calendar apps and SMS.
* Working with the wider brand team to develop a Ruroc loyalty programme
* Developing an industry leading newsletter strategy.
