Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join our Children We Care For Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a stable, dedicated team and make a tangible impact on the lives of children and families in Solihull.You will be able to:
1. Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers.
2. Ensure robust care planning and high-quality support for children and young people.
3. Drive operational developments and collaborate with partners to improve services.
4. Promote a learning culture where your team can thrive and deliver positive oues.
5. Maintain manageable caseloads to ensure quality and impact.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Have a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/ in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW)
7. Social Work England registration
8. 3 years post-qualifying experience.
9. Previous experience working within Social Work services
10. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
