Conveyancing Assistant Role Location: Pendle, Lancashire Role: Full time in the office This is a dynamic multi-office practice which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across the Northwest. Key Responsibilities: Support Conveyancers in managing caseloads by carrying out legal procedures as instructed Handle file-related enquiries, both in person and over the phone, to assist with case progression Contribute to the efficient and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters Aid in the maintenance and organisation of client files through effective file management Ensure clients are treated courteously and efficiently, referring legal issues to the Conveyancer where appropriate Attend to clients by taking instructions and conducting necessary correspondence and telephone enquiries.
