We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual who is passionate about improving patient safety by providing our dedicated staff with support and guidance through a clear Clinical Governance operational framework. This will ensure a high quality service is delivered to all our patients across all our sites in Oxford.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Governance Manager and other clinical governance and management colleagues in delivering the Quality and Clinical Governance Agenda for the Radiology Directorate. The successful candidate will work with a wide range of directorate staff, including senior managers and clinicians, in dealing with incident investigations, clinical audits, development of evidenced based practices and policies and patient pathways. This will include all disciplines and levels of staff to achieve agreed objectives and priorities. This key role will also involve working with the Senior Divisional and corporate Clinical Governance Teams.
