Operations Administrator
📍 Location: SS13
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
🍽 Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
💰 Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
🏖 Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is a key role within the business, providing administrative, coordination, and process support to ensure orders, deliveries, and installations run efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update delivery schedules and order information using Google Sheets
Act as the main point of contact for direct supplier deliveries, resolving any issues that arise
Record and track action points from weekly Operations Meetings
Issue end-of-day invoicing to the Accounts team in line with required cut-off times
Book standard deliveries and installation appointments with clients
Prepare and organise paperwork for fitters and installation teams
Handle general administrative customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and installations
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar)
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
