Senior Quality Engineer – Glamorgan (Hybrid)
Salary up to £47,000 + Relocation + Benefits.

Role Overview
This is a permanent role requiring a Senior Quality Engineer to lead a team of four engineers while staying hands‑on to ensure product quality meets or exceeds expectations and complies with necessary standards. The senior engineer will complete all APQP tasks including PPAPs, D/PFMEA'S, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs and CAPA'S, and will liaise with senior stakeholders in other departments, primarily R&D and Projects.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar
* Previous experience leading or managing other people
* Previous experience liaising with and managing other departments’ expectations
* Previous experience with APQP, PPAPs, D/PFMEA'S, Control Plans, Capability Studies, FAIRS, DMAICs, and CAPA'S
