JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting students from around the world? We’re looking for a proactive and friendly International Enquiries & Conversion Assistant to be the first point of contact for prospective international students and help guide them through their journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.
In this role, you’ll provide clear, culturally aware advice, manage and analyse enquiry data, and support targeted engagement activities that make every applicant feel informed, welcomed, and inspired to join Buckinghamshire New University (BNU). You’ll work closely with colleagues across recruitment, admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our international applicants.
