Lead financial strategy and performance in a listed, technology-led environment

The Profile
Proven CFO / Finance Director, ideally within a growth-oriented or acquisitive business, or one that has gone through substantial transformation to unlock value and scale.
Strong commercial instinct with the ability to balance rigour and pace
Experience operating at Board level, with credibility in listed or investor-backed environments
Track record of driving transformation, integration or performance improvement
Collaborative, pragmatic and outcomes-focused leadership style
