We are actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recoveries Handler to join our client's growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within motor claims, working in a supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of motor recoveries claims, negotiating settlements and making informed decisions to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
Credit Hire Recoveries Handler Responsibilities:
Manage credit hire claims from beginning through to settlement, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Liaise with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, providing clear updates and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the claims process.
Record, update, and maintain accurate claim documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process, using negotiation skills and sound judgement to achieve positive resolutions.
Collect and assess supporting evidence such as witness statements, photographs, and documentation, in order to strengthen claims.
Conduct thorough investigations into liability and quantum to evaluate prospects for recovery.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies, including Consumer Duty requirements.
Work towards and achieve personal and team performance targets, contributing to overall departmental success.Credit Hire Recoveries Handler Benefits:
