We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Ripon area who are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Teaching Assistant to join them after half term. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, behavioural needs, and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health). The Roles As an SEN Support member of staff, you will be involved in: 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needsSmall-group interventions to help pupils progress academically and sociallyBehaviour and SEMH support, ensuring pupils feel safe, encouraged, and understoodSupporting pupils with autism, communication needs, and sensory regulationWorking closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support plansHelping create a positive, nurturing learning environment for all pupils ? Hours & Availability Full-time 5 days a week, 8:30-15:30 ?
